Registered Nurse  
   
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient's needs. The RN will administer medications, treatments and procedures, develop and update care plans and work directly with the physician to meet the needs of the patient and family members.  
   
  Licensed Practical Nurse  
   
  Under supervision of an RN, the LPN will administer medications, take vital signs, assist in self-care techniques as well as perform treatments and procedures ordered by the M.D.
     
  Certified Home Health Aide
 
Certified by the Board of Nursing, the CHHA will perform fundamental nursing tasks such as vital signs, personal hygiene, nutritional planning and light housekeeping.

Positions
Available
  Handles, assist and supervises client with meal planning and preparation. The companion will assist, but can not do any hands on care.
   
  Live-In  
   
  24 hour patient care and supervision. Assist patients with self-care and house hold needs.
   
Physical Therapist
 
Assist patient with activities, including transfers, ambulation and prosthetic training in order to help prevent, identify, correct or alleviate chronic movement dysfunction.
 
  Occupational Therapist
     
  Evaluates and treats those whose abilities to cope with daily activities are impaired by development deficits, injury, illness, psychological and social disability.  
     
  Respiratory Therapist  
   
  Treats, manages, control and diagnostically evaluates patient care for cardiopulmonary system dysfunction.
     
  Speech Therapist  
     
  Works with patients whose communication skills have been diminished by illness; helps restore or compensate for lost speech or language.  
   
Visiting Nurse  
   
Formulates individualized care plans based on initial evaluation, in conjunction with the assigned home care professional, patient and/or family member. Plans and updates the patient progress and places emphasis on education and training of the patient and family.  
   
  Social Worker  
     
  Assist the health care staff, patient and family in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patients health problems. Helps the patient cope with the problems of daily living.
