Registered Nurse | |

| Occupational Therapist | ||
| Evaluates and treats those whose abilities to cope with daily activities are impaired by development deficits, injury, illness, psychological and social disability. | ||
| Respiratory Therapist | ||

| Treats, manages, control and diagnostically evaluates patient care for cardiopulmonary system dysfunction. | ||
| Speech Therapist | ||
| Works with patients whose communication skills have been diminished by illness; helps restore or compensate for lost speech or language. | ||

| Visiting Nurse | ||
| Formulates individualized care plans based on initial evaluation, in conjunction with the assigned home care professional, patient and/or family member. Plans and updates the patient progress and places emphasis on education and training of the patient and family. | ||
| Social Worker | ||
| Assist the health care staff, patient and family in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patients health problems. Helps the patient cope with the problems of daily living. |
