- Applications for
acceptance into the class must be conducted prior to the class starting
date.
|
 |
- A medical physical exam is required at the
applicants' expense.
|
- The class takes place for two weeks. 76 hours
in total, which includes 60 hours of classroom instruction and 16 hours
of clinical instruction in a skills
laboratory or patient care setting. Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to
4:00 pm.
|
- The cost for the class is $ 185.00, which
includes instructor time, loaner books, classroom time, skill training
and evaluation, finger prints for criminal background check, test
preparation and State Certification License application.

- A $ 50.00 deposit is required when an
individual completes the application process with the remainder due on
the first day of class.
|
| |
- Van service is
available depending on the location of the class. Cost is $ 3.00 each
way.

- Instructors will
consist of a Registered Nurses, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist, and
Social Worker.
|
- The state yearly requirements for in-services are
fulfilled in the classroom time.
