Loving Hands is a home care service organization founded and staffed by medical professionals who are dedicated to providing highly professional health care services for those in need. We are committed to quality, emphasizing a caring attitude and understanding of individual concerns.
We are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to coordinated placement and to offer support services. Our office staff handles calls with courtesy and confidentiality. We can assist you in meeting both short and long term needs while providing care at all levels.
Loving Hands works closely with the physicians and family members to develop and implement a personal care plan to effectively achieve and maintain a higher quality of life for the patient. Together, we will choose the right health care worker who will not only render the best care, but who will also provide the patient and the family members with appropriate information and education relating to their loved ones illness.
Payment reimbursements will be handled by the Loving Hands office. All bills will be submitted to the specific billing source so that the patient and their loved ones will not be burdened by this process. Loving Hands will bill insurance companies, HMO’s, private funded reimbursement companies/institutions, hospital based Medicare organizations, Medicaid, private pay, state and county programs and many others.

Certified Home Health Aides – CHHA’s
Certified by the Board of Nursing, the CHHA will perform fundamental nursing tasks such as vital signs, personal hygiene, nutritional planning and light housekeeping.
Registered Nurses – RN’s
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient’s needs. The RN will administer medications, treatments and procedures, develop and update care plans and work directly with the physician to meet the needs of the patient and family members.
Licensed Practical Nurses – LPN’s
Under supervision of an RN, the LPN will administer medications, take vital signs, assist in self-care techniques as well as perform treatments and procedures ordered by the M.D.
Formulates individualized care plans based on initial evaluation, in conjunction with the assigned home care professional, patient and/or family member. Plans and updates the patient progress and places emphasis on education and training of the patient and family.
Licensed Social Workers – LSW’s
Assist the health care staff, patient and family in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patients health problems. Helps the patient cope with the problems of daily living.
Live-in Certified Home Health Aides
24 hour patient care and supervision. Assist patients with self-care and house hold needs.
Physical Therapists – PT’s
Assist patient with activities, including transfers, ambulation and prosthetic training in order to help prevent, identify, correct or alleviate chronic movement dysfunction.
Occupational Therapists- OT’s
Evaluates and treats those whose abilities to cope with daily activities are impaired by development deficits, injury, illness, psychological and social disability.
Respiratory Therapists- RT’s
Treats, manages, control and diagnostically evaluates patient care for cardiopulmonary system dysfunction.
Speech Therapists – ST’s
Works with patients whose communication skills have been diminished by illness; helps restore or compensate for lost speech or language.
